CERAMIC LINED PIPE:
This 36" diameter pipe is lined with 1" thick pipe
brick. The ceramic is bonded to the steel using a two part epoxy
system. In the proper application this wear liner is second to
none for abrasion resistance. Many shapes and sizes are available
to solve your abrasion problems. Let ARS design the proper system

CASTINGS:
Shown are a few of the wide variety of castings that are supplied by ARS:
Crusher Hammers, Chain Flights and Conveyor Paddles, also Back Hog Hammers,

Material Chemistry analysis is available from you parts for material

LONG RADIUS 90° ELBOW:
Fabricated with vatalic couplings for ease of installation and a replaceable
wear back. Designs are also available in flat removable backs. The concept
of replacing the wear back only, dramatically reduces down time, labor
and parts cost. Material used in fabrication: 360 BHN. |

COAL FEED CHUTE:
Transitional fabrication is a specialty of ARS. The feed chute is fabricated
from type 309 stainless steel to reduce wear and increase glideability. |

COAL BURNER TILT NOZZLE
AND SEAL PLATE:
Fabricated from a customers sample, ARS is able to improve product life
by upgrading to 309 stainless steel. The part, while in service, showed
less wear and warpage under extreme temperatures. Tight square to round
transition of corners indicate forming capabilities. |

TURNKEY INSTALLATIONS:
Feed bunker liners, for Ryley Stoker Boiler, 1/2" x48" x 120" UHMW sheets
were pre-fabricated in our plant for on-site installation. UHMW joining-edges
were routered for a lap joint to insure sealing out coal fines and
to allow for proper expansion and contraction of the material. Advantages
of the UHMW liner are to be a corrosive barrier between the coal
and the steel substrate, increase material flow and resist abrasion. |

SCREENS: CR-20 PARTS
Breaker screens fabricated from ARS field drawings to match O.E.M. tolerances.
Bolt hole layout, coal sizing openings, and formed radius of the parts
were critical to insure proper fit. |

D-9 DOZER
BLADE REBUILD:
Complete rebuild and repair of liners, substrate, frame, cutting edges,
and stress cracks in ARS plant or in the field. ARS can also recommend
design changes to increase productivity. |
